WHEN YOU SHOULDN'T BUY A SMART AI COOLER By Alondra Gaddis

I keep seeing people post saying they landed a nursing home, and other people warning them, "don't do it! Mine didn't do well!"Well, mine has.
When I bought the location and machine, it was doing $800 a month.
We put 3 new TRADITIONAL machines in there (the old one kept taking money), we completely changed the menu to what THEY wanted, we didn't do the most unethical thing I had ever heard of (this lady used to grab old hot pockets that had been there a week and REFREEZE THEM, and put them back...).
I use A LOT of cans, because I know those are easier for them to open than twisting over a bottle (shit, honestly, sometimes I can't even get a bottle open...), and a lot of diet flavors because most are diabetic.
And yet I make $3k a month there.
I also make best friends with everyone, give freebie drinks to residents and staff, do a "free girl scout cookie day" and holiday parties, volunteer, chat for hours with people there, never deny a refund, etc.
The most important part of this video I want clear is KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE.
What can they reasonably afford?
What dietary restrictions do they have?
Who is using the machine more -- residents, or the staff?
IS YOUR MACHINE ACCESSIBLE?
Although I am a HaHa Distributor and would love for you to buy from me -- I wouldn't buy a HaHa for my demographic.
20% use cash, and 50%+ are wheelchair bound, and the other half can barely stand. So holding the fridge door might actually be really hard for them. So is picking up stuff above the 3rd shelf.
I just told yesterday a potential customer not to buy from me, because he has a similar demographic.
Would I put a haha in a staff only breakroom? ABSOLUTELY, if they had one. They don't.
But in the case of those who have a hard time holding a spoon -- you don't expect them to adjust to new tech, you adjust to their needs.
If it's a senior living facility, where it's a bunch of 55+ hip grandpas playing pickleball and still have their own teeth, ABSOLUTELY I'd put a haha.
So yeah, not every machine is right for every location. I also sell traditional machines if you need any! Just send me a message.
