Before Your Purchase:
You can call or text 512-850-6263, just in case you have any lingering questions.

After Sales:

Once you've made your purchase, I will contact you to make sure everything you sent was correct and I'll start guiding you through the process on what to expect. I send videos and I'm happy to jump on a video call or phone call or text to make sure things go smoothly.

I am hoping you still contact me on your vending journey even after the sale, and feel free to ask me for advice or support! I've likely been in your shoes before, so please consider me your vending coach if you need help.

All machines come with a 1 year warranty that can be extended for up to 3 more years.

​

You'll get both HaHa Support and support from me. HaHa Support for technical, and you'll contact me for parts, best practices in vending and smart coolers, etc.

 

Important shipping info: I do not get the tracking numbers for the Two Week Shipping Option. HaHa should be sending them to you. I know it is super frustrating waiting. HaHa is notoriously slow if you do the 2 week shipping with giving it out. You'll have this issue with me, Amazon, Walmart, or any other distributor who offers the $200-300 shipping. It's why we have partnered with Flyin. They give me the tracking numbers, they are fast, call you ahead of time and give you a bit of a window, have great service, BUT they cost more. So you have to decide what's going to be best for your situation.

Financing your machines: Minis, Pluses, and Wraps can only be financed through invoicing due to the high cost of fees associated with using Paypal and Affirm through our website. These items have super small margins, so if you need financing, just text me at 512-850-6263 and I will send you an invoice.

 

You can still buy them through debit or credit card here, it'll just take you to a Square website.

For the rest of our machines, you can buy directly on this site (or save us some money and ask for an invoice please). Once you get to check out, it'll give you the Paypal and Affirm options when you get to payment. Both options will NOT affect your credit unless you've seen your terms and agree to make a purchase. It doesn't hurt to try out both and see who gives you the better deal (one might have a longer term, while the other offers 0%. It's entirely up to them, I do not control 3rd party financing).

We also offer business financing to qualified those who have been in the biz for greater than 6 months, purchasing > $5000.
